Madison Facilities

Next Level will be held at Edgewood College, located just on the outskirts of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Campus. More information about Edgewood College can be found at their website: www.edgewood.edu

The camp will be using Dominican Hall, the newest residence hall on Edgewood’s campus, which was awarded LEED-Silver certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the USGBC’s rating system for “designing and constructing the world’s greenest, most energy efficient, and high performing buildings”. The hall is only two years old, and has more of an “apartment feel” than that of an average college dorm. The rooms are fully air-conditioned, have a private bathroom in each suite (which holds 3-4 people). Each floor of the dorm has a common room with a kitchenette, television, and computer (with Internet access). A sample layout of a suite can be found in the picture shown below.
