If a player is registered for camp and becomes unable to attend, cancellation notice must be received as soon as possible. Refunds will alloted according to the following schedule:
Next Level receives notice 4+ weeks before the camp session: Full Refund
Next Level receives notice 2-4 weeks before the camp session: Full Refund minus $200 deposit
Next Level receives notice less than 2 weeks before camp session: No Refund.
Campers Injured before the Session:
If a camper is injured, you may fax a doctor’s note to our office at 866-457-6679. We must receive the doctor’s note at least two weeks prior to the start of the camp. If we receive the doctor’s note at least two weeks prior to the start of camp, we will refund your full camp fee and deposit. Due to housing arrangements, if we receive your doctor’s note less than two weeks prior to camp, we will only be able to refund your camp fee minus the $200.00 deposit.
